About This Site

What We Do

R U In The Epstein Files? is a free public research tool that allows anyone to search the official U.S. Department of Justice Epstein Files by name. Enter any name and our tool will tell you whether that name appears anywhere in the publicly released government documents.

We believe public records should be accessible to everyone — not just legal teams, journalists, and researchers with the technical expertise to navigate millions of pages of government documents. This tool makes that access simple.

All documents searched by this tool are official U.S. government public records, released under Public Law 119-38 (Epstein Files Transparency Act, November 19, 2025). This site does not host, store, or reproduce any government documents.

The Epstein Files

On November 19, 2025, Congress passed and President Trump signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act, mandating the Department of Justice to publicly release all unclassified records related to Jeffrey Epstein and his associates. The legislation passed with near-unanimous bipartisan support.

In response, the DOJ published approximately 3.5 million pages of documents at justice.gov/epstein. The release includes materials from five primary sources: the Florida and New York criminal cases against Epstein, the case against Ghislaine Maxwell, investigations into Epstein's death in federal custody, multiple FBI investigations, and an Office of Inspector General review.

How It Works

When you search a name, our artificial intelligence system queries the official DOJ Epstein Library in real time. It searches across court records, FBI investigation files, flight logs, FOIA records, and DOJ disclosures, then returns a simple yes or no answer.

Results are delivered quickly and clearly. If a name is found, the result shows in red. If not found, it shows in green. Users can share their results directly to social media.

Because searches happen in real time against live government records, the tool automatically incorporates newly released documents as the DOJ continues to publish materials.

Important Context

A name appearing in the Epstein Files does not indicate wrongdoing. Names appear in these documents for countless reasons — as law enforcement personnel, witnesses, journalists, researchers, business associates, or individuals simply mentioned in passing. The presence of a name in these files should never be interpreted as evidence of criminal activity or any connection to Epstein's crimes.
